The collaboration will use NVIDIA NVLink to connect the companies\u2019 technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NVIDIA will also invest US$5 billion in Intel common stock at US$23.28 per share, pending regulatory approvals and closing conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAI is powering a new industrial revolution and reinventing every layer of the computing stack &#8211; from silicon to systems to software,\u201d said NVIDIA founder and CEO Jensen Huang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis collaboration tightly couples NVIDIA\u2019s AI stack with Intel\u2019s CPUs and the x86 ecosystem.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan said: \u201cIntel\u2019s platforms, process technology and manufacturing will complement NVIDIA\u2019s AI leadership to enable new breakthroughs for the industry.
