Amdocs, a leading provider of software and services to communications and media companies, has announced the expansion of its strategic collaboration with Globe Telecom, a leading service provider in the Philippines, to modernize Globe’s existing charging capabilities, speeding up time to market for new products and services.
Under the agreement, Amdocs will deploy its real-time charging solution across Globe’s multiple data centers and migrate the current charging system and subscribers to the new platform.
The platform will support API-based charging, allowing Globe to monetize digital and fintech services.
