Macquarie Data Centres, part of Macquarie Technology Group, is collaborating with Dell Technologies to provide a secure sovereign home for AI workloads in Australia.
The partnership combines Dell’s global AI expertise with Macquarie’s sovereign data centres, enabling organisations to capitalise on AI while meeting security and regulatory requirements. Macquarie will host the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA within its AI and cloud facilities, powering enterprise AI, private AI and neo cloud projects to the highest data security standards.
This is particularly relevant for critical infrastructure providers and regulated sectors such as healthcare, finance, education and research which must meet strict rules on data storage and processing. The solution provides a secure foundation for advanced AI applications, including AI digital twins, agentic AI and private LLMs.
The Australian Government has linked the data centre sector to its Future Made in Australia policy agenda, highlighting its role in productivity.

Macquarie’s newest facility, IC3 Super West, will support Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA infrastructure and software. The 47MW site is purpose-built for the scale, power and cooling demands of AI and will be ready in mid-2026.
Macquarie and Dell have worked together for more than 15 years delivering mission-critical and government-grade workloads.
