Macquarie Cloud Services, part of Macquarie Technology Group (ASX: MAQ), has ranked number one in the 30-99 employee category in the Best Workplaces in Australia 2025 List.
The company re-earned its place at the top of the list following a rigorous assessment of confidential employee feedback and detailed analysis of its culture.
Best Workplaces are evaluated through the Great Place to Work Trust Index survey data, which measures the three key relationships that drive an employee’s experience in their workplace – relationships with management, colleagues and their job. The Trust Index score represents the percentage of employees who consider their company to be a great workplace and is an indicator of their actual workplace experience.
After taking home the win in the same category last year, Macquarie Cloud Services again stood out for its personable culture where psychological safety fuels innovation, team connection and career development.
