Burgan Bank has successfully gone live on ICS BANKS, the banking software from ICS Financial Systems (ICSFS).
Burgan Bank implemented ICS BANKS Universal banking solution in its Head Quarter and across the bank’s branches and operations,in Kuwait, where a successful seamless cutover and go-live was completed over the weekend of 5th – 7th May, 2016.
Capitalising on the adoption of ICS BANKS integrated universal banking suite, Burgan Bank enjoys so many new features for better customer service and experience, enhanced reach for customers via revolutionary delivery channels that supports mobility over OMNI platform, business transformation, state-of-the-art analytics and robust and scalable internal processing.
Before choosing ICS BANKS, Burgan Bank with the participation of its subsidiaries has evaluated many international systems with the help of international consultancy firms. The result of that process was choosing ICS BANKS to be its preferred financial technology provider.
