Infor addresses Middle East skills and talent challenges at GITEX

Infor, a leading provider of industry-specific cloud applications, has announced it will showcase its workforce management and science-based recruitment applications to support business competitiveness in the region at this year’s GITEX.

According to PwC’s 21st CEO Survey, finding and hiring employees with the key skills they need to succeed in the digital world continues to keep CEOs awake at night with 80% of CEOs stating they are worried and 38% extremely concerned.

Supporting Middle East organisations in their digital talent, Infor will showcase Infor Talent Science, a cloud-based predictive talent analytics solution which helps organisations put the right people in the right positions to achieve business objectives.

GITEX visitors will be able to see how Infor’s science-based solution leverages large quantities of behavioural and performance data. With real-time insights, talent managers can customise predictive models that let organisations better select, retain and develop the right talent across the entire employee life cycle.

As Middle East organisations ramp up their cloud and Artificial Intelligence projects, Infor will also showcase its Infor CloudSuites, which are purpose-built industry solutions that span a variety of sectors vital to regional economies including manufacturing, healthcare,  distribution, supply chain and hospitality.

In addition to  these vertical industry Infor CloudSuite solutions, Infor will also showcase Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Human Capital Management (HCM), networked analytics (Birst) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Infor Coleman AI, will also be featured at GITEX demonstrating the future ‘voice UX’ to Infor applications providing users with information and the ability to execute tasks wherever they are.
