NAS and Neuron launch UAE Tele-Health Network

NAS and Neuron, in partnership with Kings College Hospital, Mediclinic and Prime, have launched its Tele-Health Network service to offer members cutting-edge teleconsultation services during critical times triggered by COVID-19.

The service is launched in support of the recommendations issued by UAE’s Ministry of Interior and the National Emergency and Crisis and Disasters Management Authority for the UAE to limit social contact between people and avoid leaving home unless absolutely necessary.

Teleconsultation is a cutting-edge solution that provides people with the opportunity to consult and communicate with their doctor without having to leave the safety of their homes. Using modern technology to deliver an optimal user experience, teleconsultation saves members’ time as well as transportation costs, by offering them the option to access health services from the comfort of their own home.

NAS and Neuron have dedicated their expertise in establishing teleconsultation as a complimentary and accessible service to ensure that members can access services without compromising health and safety. NAS and Neuron collectively serve over 1.4 million members in the country, all of whom can access the service irrespective of the level of cover they receive.

The tailored suite of services provided by NAS and Neuron includes three types of teleconsultations services to suit the needs of individual members.
