Infor has announced its participation at the 2nd Annual HR Tech MENA Summit to be held on May 18th – 19th, 2016 at The St. Regis Dubai. The company will focus on showcasing how their solutions can empower organisational leaders with the critical tools and information they need to optimise the workforce and HR.

Commenting on their participation, Tarik Taman, General Manager & Managing Director, South Asia, Middle East & Africa at Infor and a keynote speaker at the event, says, “Over the next couple of years, HR technology is going to evolve; there is going to be greater emphasis on the cloud, predictive analytics, employee engagement, fit management and agile workforces. It is critical for organisations to identify vendor partners who can not only meet the organisations’ needs today, but also have a clear vision for the future and the services and execution to partner with customers towards their unique business goals.”

In his keynote presentation on May 18th, Tarik will discuss how organisations can leverage modern HCM solutions to improve the organisations’ capabilities, particularly when it comes to talent management. Tarik will also be part of a round table with Gavin Walford-Wright, Director, Talent Acquisition & International Mobility, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, on May 19, 2016 . The round table discussion will focus on talent management for the new age digital organisation.

In addition to speaking at the event, Infor will have a presence at stand G2 where they will showcase their HCM solution. Infor CloudSuite HCM, is a powerful set of cloud-based human capital management solutions, built to adapt to an organisation’s evolving business strategy. This solution replaces complex processes, workflows, and systems with sophisticated, yet intuitive technology, creating significant value across the organisation.

“If regional organisations want to stay competitive on the global stage, they need to change the way they view and manage employees and the answer to this lies in modern HR solutions. By leveraging tools such as talent management, HR service delivery, workforce management and analytics, businesses can match the employees’ abilities and goals with strategic needs to create a win-win for both employer and employee,” concluded Tarik.
