Adistec Brazil strengthens partnership with Imperva

Through the Adistec reseller network, the North American manufacturer seeks to expand operations in Brazil with data management and protection solutions.

Adistec, a distributor of infrastructure for data centers and information security, is reinforcing its partnership in Brazil with Imperva.

With 18 years of experience in the ICT market, Imperva is a company specialized in developing cybersecurity solutions, which provides data and application protection to more than 6,200 customers and 150 countries.

Emerson Lima, Product Sales Manager, Adistec Brazil, said: “This partnership arrives to enhance the company’s operation. Our 2021 strategy is to strengthen and expand our dealer network throughout the country, especially in Brazilian midwest, north and northeast regions. In that way, Imperva completes our portfolio with its state-of-the-art technology, giving us the chance to offer our channels an increasingly complete security solution.”

The interaction between the two companies started four years ago in the Latin American operation. Aware of the opportunities that the Brazilian cybersecurity market presents, Ana Cerqueira, Imperva Regional Sales Director, said: “One of the most important things that we have in Latin America, including Brazil, is the partnership with Adistec. This allows us to promote and consolidate the partnerships that they have with their resellers. We will move forward with a strategy to attract new customers, because with the strength of our portfolio and the quality of our solutions, we are able to address strategic security issues with the Brazilian corporate market and achieve great results in 2021.

“We are going to build an ecosystem of new resellers, based on the identification, recruitment and training of cybersecurity channels that already work with the distributor. We will continue to invest heavily in the training of these new channels, in order to form more qualified teams in the generation of end-to-end business. We will be able to strengthen the cybersecurity sector, especially now, when many companies are still adapting to the LGPD and the hybrid model of remote work”.

The partnership between the companies focuses on the distribution of the entire portfolio of the manufacturer, which includes solutions for cloud web application firewall (WAF), database firewall, active data monitoring and data classification, in addition to Imperva Sonar, which allows security teams to offer fast support to the scale and complexity of data assets in different environments. With this, Adistec intends to achieve a 100% growth in sales in 2021, compared to the previous year.
