TOPMIND, one of the main IT solutions companies in Brazil, has announced the expansion of its Operational Excellence Center in Mexico with the expansion of a team of local specialists.
The initiative aims to expand the company’s presence in Latin America, reinforcing advisory services and offering digital solutions to organizations in the region.
Sandra Maura, CEO, TOPMIND, said: “We are in a moment of expansion, strengthening the Digital Transformation of our brand throughout Latin America. The expansion of the Operational Excellence Center in Mexico is a strategic step to achieve this objective as it will allow us to bring our daily offer even closer to companies in the region.”
The company expects that this will help drive a 30% growth in sales to LATAM markets as early as 2022.
According to Maura, the expansion of the team will focus on the search for specialists in technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), data analytics and Artificial Intelligence.
“We want to bring innovative digital solutions designed to meet the demands and characteristics of organizations in Latin America,” said Maura.
“In order to accomplish this, we are investing in hiring talent and in continuous improvement to consolidate TOPMIND as a business partner totally prepared to offer technology support on a global scale.”
