Christie and Seal Telecom, a Convergint company, have worked together to implement audiovisual technology in some of the most significant recent integration projects, including control rooms in mission-critical environments.
One of the most recent facilities was the Port of São Sebastião in São Paulo, Brazil. It is one of the prominent public ports in the country, and Seal Telecom was contracted through public bidding to implement a connectivity project to support voice, data networks and a video surveillance system. The installation includes 55-inch Christie LCD panels on a 6×2 video wall managed by Christie Phoenix controllers.
Another standout project took place in the Municipal Authority of Traffic and Citizenship of Fortaleza (Northeast Brazil), where Seal Telecom deployed an L-shaped video wall with 32 Christie LCD panels controlled by Christie Phoenix. The video helps monitor more than 600 cameras spread throughout the city to respond to traffic incidents.
The Municipal Chamber of Goiânia (center-west of the country) is another project where Seal Telecom chose Christie. In this case, the integrator installed, among other solutions, a Christie 8×2 LCD video wall and Christie 1DLP laser projectors in the auditorium and presidential meeting room.
The project included the first integrated voting system with biometrics in Brazil.Click below to share this article
