Cementos Progreso (Cempro), a Guatemalan company specializing in the production and marketing of cement, concrete, lime and comprehensive solutions for the construction industry, says it has improved its expenses processes with SAP Concur.
The deployment of SAP Concur is said to offer employees the ability to present their expenses in a ‘friendly and simple manner’ and to receive refunds in a timely way.
“We moved forward with a change management process that helped us improve adoption levels and we applied different tools, including explanatory webinars, 24×7 chat support or collaborators that acted as solution promoters to ensure that each role could take advantage of the benefits of the tool,” said José Eduardo Enriquez Pérez, IT Project Manager at Cementos Progreso.
“Going live allowed us to detect benefits that we hadn’t considered before: the tool showed us that we needed to regularly update our policies and, most importantly, that for our collaborators it improved the overall experience, since everything related to expenses and advances is more agile, easy and transparent and that satisfaction has a positive impact on their performance.”
