UnCruise Adventures collaborates with IBS Software to optimize cruise packages and enhance guest experience

UnCruise Adventures has joined forces with IBS Software to revolutionize the way it packages and personalizes services for its guests. This new partnership enables the company to adapt in real-time to ever-changing passenger demands.

The company is the latest to adopt IBS Software’s iTravelCruise Enterprise Reservation system. This system addresses both current and future requirements of the cruise industry by transforming back-end IT systems. It allows cruise lines to consolidate product data from various sources and offers real-time data on customer behavior. This enables dynamic packaging and pricing of cruise products across multiple channels.

UnCruise Adventures’ fleet consists of nine expedition boats that specialize in cruises focusing on wilderness, wildlife and culture. The destinations they serve include Alaska, Hawaii, Costa Rica, the Panama Canal, Belize, Mexico, the Galapagos, Columbia and Snake Rivers and the San Juan Islands.

The partnership marks another significant step in the Digital Transformation journey of UnCruise Adventures with IBS Software. The relationship began in 2014 when UnCruise Adventures first implemented IBS’s Cruise Partner product.
