Brazilian fibre broadband provider Nicnet is deploying Aprecomm’s AI-driven customer experience platform across its network – as operators throughout Latin America face growing demand for reliable high-speed connectivity and proactive support services across residential and business markets.
The São Paulo-based Internet provider will roll out Aprecomm’s CX and CPE management suite, including AI-powered WiFi optimisation, cloud-based device management and automated network analytics. Deployment is already underway and is expected to reach 500,000 homes by the end of 2026.
Nicnet said the platform will help transform support operations from reactive troubleshooting into a proactive model capable of identifying and resolving connectivity issues before customers contact technical teams.
Walter Kotani, Director of Networks, Nicnet, said the partnership combines Artificial Intelligence with customer-focused operations to improve WiFi performance, reduce failures and support sustainable growth without hardware limitations.
Aprecomm’s technology is built on a self-healing WiFi framework that continuously adapts network performance based on user requirements and application demand. The company said its quality-of-experience algorithms provide broadband operators with real-time visibility into in-home connectivity, helping improve subscriber satisfaction while lowering operational costs.
Research firm Analysys Mason said broadband providers investing in in-home service visibility are better positioned to compete as expectations around network stability and performance continue rising. Aprecomm recently received Frost & Sullivan’s Innovation award and recognition from The Fast Mode for AI leadership across global technology markets and broadband innovation initiatives worldwide.
