ServiceNow opens Brazil office and expands AI skills partnerships

ServiceNow has opened its first dedicated office in Brazil and expanded academic partnerships aimed at strengthening the country’s artificial intelligence skills pipeline.

The new 1,765-square-metre São Paulo facility will support ServiceNow’s engineering, customer success and sales operations as the company responds to rising demand for enterprise AI across Latin America. Its regional workforce has more than tripled over the past three years.

ServiceNow said customer adoption of AI products in the region nearly quadrupled during 2025, while AI spending in Brazil increased 127%. However, its 2026 Enterprise AI Maturity Index highlighted obstacles to wider deployment.

According to the research, 72% of Brazilian organisations struggle with data accuracy and access, 61% lack transparency in AI systems and only 13% have implemented AI testing, auditing and risk assessment.

Federico Grosso, Group Vice President of Latin America, ServiceNow, said governance and data integration remained significant barriers as businesses attempted to scale AI.

Alongside the office expansion, ServiceNow is increasing investment in AI skills. Its existing programme with SENAI-SP has reached more than 1,500 participants, with 719 graduates and 808 students currently enrolled.

The company is also partnering with Porto Digital in Recife to provide training covering its platform, AI and workflow automation, with 600 places planned during 2026.

A third partnership with technology institute Inteli will broaden access to AI and workflow automation training in São Paulo through ServiceNow University, supporting the development of professionals able to meet growing regional demand for enterprise AI expertise and essential Digital Transformation skills nationwide today.
