OMA Emirates affirms participation at Cards & Payments Middle East ‘16

OMA Emirates has announced its participation at Cards & Payments Middle East 2016 on May 31 – June 1 at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. The company will focus on its new market place solution ‘Bazaar’ and has developed the OMA Retail Suite solution which is a technology platform that lays the foundation for a network of retailers and customers who can benefit from a robust low cost loyalty programme.

An intranet management portal, the OMA Retail Suite represents an ecosystem of web portals and Windows, Android applications, and is a fully automated ERP system that is highly scalable for future requirements. It enables merchants to connect with their suppliers as well as provides the ground work for loyalty and Business-to-Consumer gift programmes. Simultaneously it also enables full automation of non-ERP processes within the company.

“In a fast paced retail business environment, merchants are keen to enhance their customer experience and are extremely aware of the need to boost their customer interactions as well as to value add by introducing new processes that will help in retaining their customer base. Our new OMA Retail Suite helps merchants create a customer loyal programme that will engage them and will garner higher profits,” said Niranj Sangal, Group CEO, OMA Emirates Group.

“What is really crucial within the loyalty programme is that is allows consumers to use accumulated points across different outlets including airlines, supermarkets, entertainment, etc. They are not restricted to redeem points within the same store or chain of stores. The programme can also be used for payments such as utilities, parking, fines, etc.” added Sangal.

The loyalty programme covers a 360-degree system where OMA Emirates begins with a researched programme strategy, application development, CRM integration, database management and analytics, along with providing a skilled programme team. Beyond that, the company also creates customer communication platforms and campaign management solutions that will enable the loyalty programmes to be more successful. Many of these components are also supported with modern mobile management systems to ensure deeper penetration and greater effectiveness.

The Market Place Solution ‘Bazaar’ is built on the OMA Emirates network of terminals deployed in the market. This helps deeper penetration of the loyalty programme where redemption of points can be done on any of these terminals. It also provides smaller outlets to start their own programmes for future gain. Yet another highlight of the solution is that it can be made available to large customers who can then extend the inclusion and benefits to their channel partners as well. And lastly, the solution as a whole can be utilised to being a standalone loyalty programme such as a bank loyalty initiative.
