Hexagon is elected the best provider of Geographic Information System (GIS) software

Hexagon has been named a gold medalist and has claimed the first place overall in the 2021 GIS Data Quadrant Report from SoftwareReviews, a division of IT research and consulting firm Info-Tech Research Group.

The report recognizes outstanding vendors in the technology marketplace as evaluated by SoftwareReviews’ users annually. The award is unique because it’s based on the collective knowledge of real users and placement is based on satisfaction with product features, vendor experience, capabilities and emotional components.

SoftwareReviews named Hexagon a gold medalist with an 8.6 composite score, which represents the aggregate satisfaction score from end-users. Vendor support, availability and quality of training and features were among the strongest capabilities associated with Hexagon, resulting in 96% of users reporting that they planned to renew their business agreements.

Hexagon also secured the highest satisfaction scores in a variety of areas representing product features, including 3D visuals, data integration, imaging and production and map manipulation. Hexagon also obtained a high ‘emotional footprint’ score of +90, receiving high marks for reliability, productivity and effectiveness. Other emotional metrics where Hexagon ranked highly include strategy and innovation, product and service experience.
