Qumulo has launched Azure Native Qumulo Cold (ANQ Cold), part of Qumulo’s Scale Anywhere platform for the hybrid enterprise.
ANQ Cold enables Qumulo customers to cost-effectively store and retrieve infrequently accessed ‘cold’ file data at any scale.
Qumulo says customers who store cold data on premises now have a cost competitive alternative to send cold data to a secure, native cloud file service in Azure.
Unlike cloud-based cold blob storage that can lead to substantial data retrieval charges – ANQ Cold includes up to 5TB of data retrieval per month.
