Raju Malhotra has joined Certinia as Chief Product and Technology Officer – bringing a wealth of experience and a proven track record of driving product strategy and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Malhotra’s previous experience includes leading product and engineering teams for several high-growth publicly listed and private companies.
He joins Certinia from PAR Technology where he also served as Chief Product & Technology Officer.
Prior to this role, Malhotra was Senior Vice President and General Manager for Marketing Cloud at Salesforce where he led the development of the Customer Data Platform. He has also served as Chief Product & Technology Officer at a private equity portfolio company and held several leadership roles during his 12-year tenure at Microsoft.
At Certinia, Malhotra will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of product portfolio.
