Vibrint, a leading innovator in defense technology solutions, has been awarded three federal contracts worth more than $1.2 billion over seven years to advance high-performance computing (HPC) and mission IT capabilities for US national security customers.
The awards mark a major milestone in the company’s rapid growth and strengthen its role in supporting critical defense and intelligence missions. Vibrint expects to nearly double in size and is actively hiring more than 100 fully funded, full-time engineering professionals.
“These opportunities will allow us to continue reshaping the technology landscape of Defense and Intelligence,” said Vibrint CEO Tom Lash.
Under the contracts, Vibrint will deliver secure, reliable and highly available products and services that support essential operational and analytical systems. The scope includes full lifecycle engineering, modernization and sustainment of complex HPC environments, integration of hybrid and advanced platforms, specialized support for mission-unique systems and enterprise coordination across multiple sites.
The company will provide program management, systems engineering, software development, storage engineering, systems administration, cybersecurity engineering, hardware support and solutions architecture across more than 15 task areas and three locations.
Vibrint will collaborate with government stakeholders, over 30 subcontractors and seven OEM partners to ensure alignment with national security requirements and evolving technology roadmaps.
These contracts will expand the workforce to nearly 350 professionals. The company recently opened a 15,000-square-foot office in Reston, Virginia, supporting continued growth and operations nationwide.
Vibrint is headquartered in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, with additional offices in Hanover, Maryland, as well as in New Jersey, Virginia and Utah.
