Access4 achieves key ISO certifications

Access4 has achieved four key ISO certifications reinforcing the organisation’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, information and data security and quality management across its management systems and everyday business processes.

The certifications follow 12 months of process management reviews and external audits in line with international standards including ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security management systems, ISO 9001:2015 for quality management systems, ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management systems and ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety.

“Achieving these certifications reaffirms our longstanding commitment to not only comply with international standards but also the implementation of an industry leading business management system focusing on quality, environmental responsibility, information security and occupational health and safety – all of which will support our ability to achieve the gold standard in product development and ensure a culture of continuous business process improvement. In addition, being ISO compliant will support our focus on being able to attract and retain skilled employees, and ensure a sustained focus on partner, customer and supplier satisfaction,” said Tim Jackson, Managing Director, Access4.

As part of its quest for overall ISO certification, Access4 successfully demonstrated its framework for product development (planning, design and development) including extensive feedback workflows from industry managed services partners to support a culture of continuous innovative improvement in product design and delivery.

The certifications acknowledge Access4 is now an industry leader in ensuring that its core processes are documented and support compliance with the ISO standards, in particular around its continuous monitoring, management and improvement.
