Egypt based ITWorx receives gold status from United Technologies

Egypt based ITWorx has been awarded Supplier Gold status by United Technologies. Ranking 45 among Fortune 500 companies, UTC considers its Supplier Gold Programme a key component of sustained supplier performance. The programme establishes four levels of supplier achievement with Gold as the highest standard.

As UTC puts it, “Supplier performance is an essential element of UTC’s strategy for developing a world-class, integrated supply chain. We need our suppliers to meet our performance expectations without exception.”

ITWorx has been put to the test that required 12 months of zero quality rejections, 100% on-time delivery, above 6 out of 7 customer satisfaction score across all deliverables, and above 80% supplier health assessment score in all categories.

“Achieving Supplier Gold status crowns 17 years of ITWorx commitment to UTC’s success,” said Hafez Hamdy, ITWorx CEO. “While we are thrilled to have achieved this recognition, we are even more committed to continuous improvement and sustained engagement quality.”

Achieving UTC Supplier Gold is an important distinction that brings UTC suppliers considerable benefits in the form of substantial improvements in operating performance, recognition across UTC through the Supply Management Council that is highly engaged in the Gold certification process, and a UTC commitment to grow its business with Gold suppliers.

ITWorx is a global IT services firm providing cloud-based and on-premises solutions to the world’s leading organisations with an emphasis on advanced analytics, enterprise mobility, performance management, and CRM.
