Nacita enhances traceability and control with Infor and SNS

Infor, the industry cloud company, has announced that Nacita, a leading third-party logistics company in Egypt, has implemented Infor Warehouse Management System (WMS). The project was managed by Infor partner SNS, a prominent provider of supply chain consultancy and software implementation.

Boasting a portfolio of nearly 50 well-known brands including HSBC, Orange and Ericsson, Nacita uses Infor WMS to upgrade its warehouse and logistics functions. This strategic initiative aims to improve core processes such as receiving, picking, shipping and the effective capture of serial numbers, thereby strengthening Nacita’s position as an end-to-end logistics solutions powerhouse.

For Nacita, precise serial-number tracking during the receiving and picking stages is crucial. The company handles pallets with items like SIM cards or scratch cards, some of which have volumes surpassing 1.4 million. Meeting these requirements called for exceptional control and traceability. To tackle this challenge, Nacita collaborated with SNS to implement Infor WMS. This decision came after an in-depth market analysis, swayed by SNS’s ability to meet the intricate demands of the task.
