Italtel, a Cisco Gold Partner company and now part of the Exprivia | Italtel group, has obtained the Cisco Master Networking certification, one of the American company’s most recent specialisations which focuses on the issue of corporate infrastructure – of Enterprise Networking. Italtel is currently the only Cisco partner in Italy to have achieved this certification.
“The Master Networking certification ranks Italtel among the most important Cisco partners at a global level and is a confirmation to our customers of the architectural skills needed to support the Digital Transformation of Italian companies,” said Tullia Zanni, Italtel’s Head of Offering Development. “This is a further step forward along the path we have been treading for some time now, which identifies us as pioneers in the study of topics such as Intent-Based Networking, Software Defined Access (SDA), and SD-WAN.”
Italtel was awarded the certification after an independent third party evaluated the technical and commercial skills useful for offering Digital Transformation solutions, as well as the projects we carried out in the field, the benefits obtained by our customers, and the quality of our pre- and post-sales support.
In recent years, Italtel has made investments in terms of resources, laboratories and labour, creating projects that consolidated the experience and skills needed on Cisco technologies in the field of Digital Network Architecture (DNA-Center, SDA, SD-WAN), integrated security (Stealthwatch and Encrypted Traffic Analysis), Network Access Control (Identity Service Engine), wireless LAN, and network programmability. Notably, the experience acquired by Italtel in developing the ‘Netwrapper’ product, which relies on the Cisco DNA architecture to perform dynamic control of the many elements in a digital network, is a distinctive factor enhanced by this certification.
Master Networking joins the numerous high-level Cisco certifications and specialisations that Italtel obtained over the years and continues to hold in all technological areas such as: Master Collaboration; HCS Master Cloud Builder; Preferred Solution Partner; Cloud and Managed Services Express; Advanced Collaboration Architecture Specialization; Advanced Data Center Architecture Specialization; Advanced Security Architecture Specialization.
