Available for Android and iOS, FNT CommandMobile allows users to conveniently view infrastructure data such as configuration items (CI) and assets at any time and from any location – whether in the warehouse, in the field, or in the data centre. This is particularly helpful for field technicians, who can now easily identify installed components through mobile devices.

In addition to streamlining daily workflows, FNT CommandMobile enables users to improve troubleshooting, warehouse management and data entry processes. During service calls, FNT CommandMobile provides field staff with relevant attributes of a selected configuration item at a glance. This includes object ID, object type, manufacturer and function, as well as technical data on weight, heat emission, size and power consumption. Users can also view ports and their availability. As the inventory management system from the FNT Command Platform is integrated into FNT CommandMobile, staff can accurately document and manage inventory and warehouse processes.
Additionally, users can easily search for and find documented objects within the FNT Command Platform using their mobile device camera thanks to FNT CommandMobile’s integrated scanning function. Along with a classic search function via text input, the app has an integrated barcode and QR scanner function. This significantly reduces potential problems caused by incorrect data entry.
For efficient troubleshooting and network analysis, FNT CommandMobile provides a clear view of connections and signal paths with schematic representation. The integrated signal tracing function makes it possible to trace signals over all components involved in the network at any time and from any location.
