Peek & Cloppenburg Düsseldorf modernises its retail operations with Oracle Cloud

German retailer looks to Oracle’s retail merchandise and cloud ERP offerings to increase productivity, reduce costs, simplify its operations and foster growth.

Peek & Cloppenburg, a family-owned fashion retailer renowned for its presence on the German high street since 1901, has selected Oracle retail and finance cloud applications to streamline its operations and optimise inventory management across its global footprint.

The iconic department store chain operates 160 stores across 16 European countries, reaching millions of customers annually. With the Oracle Cloud solutions, the brand will be able to reduce costs, simplify its operations and grow its business while better supporting the needs of its customers.

In collaboration with Retail Consult, the brand will implement several applications in the Oracle Retail Suite. The brand will also deploy Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications for finance and warehouse management. The Oracle solutions will provide a centralised approach that can help the brand streamline its processes, boost efficiency, and deliver cross functional insights faster to support critical business decisions.
