TeamSystem, the Italian tech and AI company specialising in digital business management platforms, has strengthened its presence in Türkiye through two new deals completed via its subsidiary Mikrogrup.
The Group has acquired 100% of Bizim Hesap, a leading cloud-based accounting and business management platform for SMEs and a minority stake in Fintech company Nef Solution, which focuses on financial risk management and compliance.
Founded in 2013 in Istanbul, Bizim Hesap serves over 40,000 SMEs with services including e-invoicing, warehouse management and virtual POS. Founders Mehmet Çelik and Barış İnalpolat will remain with the company to ensure continuity.
Nef Solution, founded in 2021, provides AI-driven risk and compliance tools for financial institutions and SMEs. The company already collaborates with modefinance – another TeamSystem firm specialising in credit ratings and business intelligence.
Following its 2023 acquisition of Mikrogrup, TeamSystem continues to expand its international footprint, positioning Türkiye as a strategic hub linking Europe and Asia.
