SolarWinds to be acquired by Turn/River Capital

SolarWinds, a major IT management software company, has agreed to be bought by Turn/River Capital for US$18.50 per share in an all-cash deal worth about US$4.4 billion. This purchase price is about 35% higher than SolarWinds’ average stock price over the past 90 days as of February 6, 2025.
