Marvesting, a leading European sales and marketing services group now operating in 10 European countries, has announced the acquisition of Option1, one of Poland’s top field marketing agencies.
This marks the Group’s fifth international acquisition since Alpha Private Equity became majority shareholder four years ago.
Option1, headquartered in Warsaw, employs more than 900 people, supported by a network of around 1,600 field collaborators. This strategic acquisition accelerates Marvesting’s rapid growth and expands its footprint across Western and Central Europe.
Marvesting is now present in France, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Poland, reinforcing its position as a pan-European platform.
The group collaborates with more than 450 local and global brands, including Nike, Orange, Electrolux, Groupe SEB, Montebelo Brasil and Harrods, generating €210 million in annual turnover.
Over the past four years, Marvesting has pursued targeted acquisitions to strengthen local expertise and broaden its presence in key markets. Recent additions to the group include Stellar Global, Winchannel, P&R and Impact Sales & Marketing.
Marvesting has consolidated a comprehensive portfolio of expertise, encompassing social selling, shopper marketing, in-store activations, experiential marketing, customised field sales solutions and brand visibility.
The acquisition of Option1 significantly strengthens Marvesting’s foothold in Central Europe, with Poland serving not only as a key market but also as a strategic hub within Europe’s commercial ecosystem.
This integration enhances local expertise, omnichannel capabilities and cross-border operations, enabling faster deployment and richer expertise sharing.
Tangible commercial momentum is already evident, highlighted by new high-level discussions with key clients aiming to expand programmes across multiple markets. The combination of Option1’s strong local relationships with Marvesting’s European footprint substantially increases the capacity to support large-scale, multi-country activations, reinforcing their objective to become Europe’s leading sales and marketing services group.
The local integration will be overseen by Alexandre Chretien, Regional Director for Northern and Eastern Europe and Head of CSR, who will collaborate closely with Group CEO Jean-Dominique Castellani and the General Managers to ensure alignment, facilitate knowledge exchange and drive successful implementation across the region.
“The acquisition of Option1 marks an important step in our European expansion, strengthening our presence in Central Europe and our ability to support clients across multiple markets. Poland is a dynamic and strategic market, and this move reinforces our ambition to build a truly pan-European platform,” said Jean-Dominique Castellani, CEO, Marvesting.
“Joining Marvesting allows us to combine our strong local expertise with a broader European platform. Our team and client relationships remain unchanged, while the Group’s scale creates new opportunities to support clients across multiple markets,” said Beata Bojarska, Co-founder and Managing Partner, Option1.
